Image BeautySchool of Design was started by none other than Pamela Harding, who has over 20 years in the Cosmetology/Beauty industry and owns Image Beauty Hair Salon right here in Milford Delaware. She has been through it all when it comes to the Cosmetology industry and wants to help ensure the industry continues to grow with helping individuals start with a foundation built for long term success .
